Begyndte mit arbejdsliv i 1993 og har arbejdet som underviser, forsker, konsulent og leder. Optaget af sundhedssektoren, den mandlige patient, døden/dødsprocesser, teknologi/kunstig intelligens og ledelse/styring/sundhedspolitik. Undervist bl.a. hospitals-personaleledere og  sygeplejestuderende på vores Center for Sygepleje. Tidligere på Absalons Center for Ledelse og Forvaltning. Underviser og forsker. Arbejdsområder: økonomisk styring, politologi, ledelse, forvaltning, og administrativ metode. Er politisk aktiv og har bl.a. været folkevalgt lokalpolitiker.
